Insurance
Our consultants are covered by our Insurance policy when entering your service. Further information can be provided upon request.
Documentation
Our consultants all have a current and valid Working with Children check, Blue card, Police check.
All our consultants have the required documentation to work with children and can be provided to services upon request. Consultants will carry a photo ID at all times.
Refund Policy
Small Hands Early Learning Pty Ltd. programs are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Consulting services can be postponed, delayed and re-scheduled without penalty or time restrictions up to twelve months from original contracted start date.
Payments for consulting services are due on the original date agreement. Small Hands Early Learning reserves the right to re-schedule consulting services due to unavoidable circumstances.
Small Hands Early Learning guarantees a high standard of consulting services but not the outcomes due to variables outside of our control.
Small Hands Early Learning does not provide refunds on product sales due to change of mind. Small Hands Early Learning will provide an exchange or refund if a product is faulty or damaged prior to use.
